A Little πŸ’— From Me To You

Dear friends and followers,

If I could tell you something today, I would tell you:

  • Being kind is more important than being right.
  • You have immense power over how your day will go.
  • Even if the day is stressful, there are others watching how you react to that stress.
  • Your positivity in the midst of upheaval will be a light in the heart of those around you.
  • The sun will rise, and this problem will eventually be in the past. Whatever is happening, handle it now how you will later wish you had.
  • Choose to look at your problems as opportunities.
  • And, above all, don’t refuse the Strength offered freely to you. There’s no reason to drag your self along when there is Someone willing to carry you.

Here is to a busy, busy day! I’m in the process of moving, and frankly, it’s overwhelming! What do you have going on today?

Hugs to you! πŸ’—

  1. MOVING??? 😡😲😳 Augh! You have my deepest sympathy, empathy, and prayers for peace, organization, discretion, humor, and wisdom.
“Whatever is happening, handle it now how you will later wish you had.” That, along with your last admonition to look first to God, is how I hope to handle things.

  2. What a beautiful, comforting post Savannah and one that I certainly needed to read today. When we were bullied and taunted in a mob setting recently for God’s Truth, it was hard to endure. But my pastor husband acted with grace and as a gentleman through it all. Recognizing that God is always in control and His desires are always for our good is what kept us focused and trusting. We can’t wait to see what next the ORD has in store for us. Being kind is certainly more important than false teachers (who don’t know the difference between a concordance and a commentary) thinking they are right is so true. God’s Truth always trumps false prophets any day of the week. Thank you for this encouragement, ❀
